Reading the Adopt Me value list
Each value is a community estimate measured in WFR, not an official price. The number is the midpoint of where a pet trades; the demand tag tells you how fast and how close to that midpoint a trade actually closes. A high-demand pet trades at or above list, a low-demand one below it.
